Addie Pangrazi was born in Eau Claire Wisconsin in 1921 to mother Grace, and her father John who was a carpenter. She had one brother, Gale. When she was about 3 they moved to Champagne Illinois, and a few years later to Racine. She attended Park High School, graduating in 1940. She met and married her husband Gino, and they continued to live in Racine until 1978 when they lived for sometime in Arizona, returning to Racine to live at St. Monica's in 2003
